Landscape design and construction in Villa Gaida – our long-standing collaboration since 2019. Place where we plan, install, and regularly maintain the garden, ensuring its long-term development. Villa Gaida is a guesthouse in Saulkrasti with a rich and multi-layered history dating back to the mid-19th century. The guesthouse complex consists of three old wooden buildings that have undergone several transformations over the years. Currently, they are being revived for the fourth time to welcome guests once again, preserving their historical charm while adapting to modern requirements.
The JARDI team is truly proud to be part of the Villa Gaida revival story. We have implemented thoughtful landscaping and plantings alongside the restoration work of each building. In such projects, a sensitive and respectful garden design is especially important, one that complements the architecture rather than competes with it.
The decorative plantings are designed to blend harmoniously into the historic surroundings. They should change with the seasons while remaining easy to maintain for the day-to-day needs of the guesthouse.
