In the spring of 2022, JARDI developed a landscape design project and a little later in the summer of the same year, the JARDI team installed the garden. According the project garden backyard area was raised by creating a retaining wall. As a result additional territory was obtained, which was previously unusable due to the steep slope. Pavement correction work was carried out, creating an additional paved border around the terrace, which facilitates lawn mowing. A lawn was laid, a hornbeam hedge and ornamental plantings were fixed. A drip irrigation system was installed for all the greenery.
