When garden needs new space. In Priedkalne, the reconstruction of ornamental plantings was carried out in the backyard of a private house. The original desire of the owners was to eliminate part of the greenery, because it seemed that they had lived their life, everything had grown too much and overgrown, the maintenance of the greenery had become very cumbersome. Looking at the greenery, behind the jungle we saw a beautiful garden. So we agreed on a reconstruction that would also make the existing plantings easier to maintain.
What we did:
- We removed the dead, withered plants
- We pruned existing plants, cut dry branches
- We thinned out the plantings in places where they had grown too close
- We transplanted the remaining plants to the free places
- We renewed the covering and drip irrigation pipe network
- We laid agrotextile, which will stop the growth of grass
- We laid a mulch cover
