The plants are attractive to look at and taste similar to the mature plant. Use them in salads, sandwiches, smoothies, garnishes and for decorating dishes. The growth rate of microgreens is several weeks from sowing to harvesting, depending on the seeds you choose.
To grow microgreens, use perlan or absorbent gel, available in our online shop. We recommend using organic seeds or seeds designed for this type of cultivation.
