JANSSENS’ special tubular aluminum profiles are among the most sturdy and solid in today’s Hobby Greenhouse market. This also allows manufacturer to offer higher and bigger glass greenhouses as self-supporting structures – no additional steel or wooden supports are needed inside the glass greenhouse.

The standard set includes durable base profiles, which are most often reinforced by concreting.

Particularly durable ridge profiles, to which a decorative roof ridge and trim can be added.

Tubular aluminum glazing bars are among the best offered by greenhouse manufacturers.

4mm TEMPERED GLASS GLAZING

Although 3 mm thick glass is still mainly used on the market, all JANSSENS glass greenhouses are equipped with 4 mm thick tempered glass.

It is 6x stronger than ordinary glass and more resistant to wear. Full length glass sheets are used for all sizes. Chances of breakage are greatly diminished, moreover, the glass breaks into thousands of pieces reducing the risk of injury. All edges are polished to ensure ease of assembly and to avoid cuts. Quality and safety first!

10mm UV POLYCARBONATE COVERING

For custom greenhouse models, you can choose 10mm UV polycarbonate covering for the entire greenhouse or just the roof covering, combined with glass walls. The price does not change whether you choose glass or polycarbonate covering.

SEALING RUBBERS

Glazing is done using rubber seals, which provide optimal protection against water and wind. The seals are available in three colors – black, white and green, matching the colors of JANSSENS standard glass greenhouses.

HIGH QUALITY POWDER COATING

High-quality powder coating is always used for painting work, which has a long service life according to Qualicoat standards.

GUTTERS

All glass greenhouses are equipped with gutters, condensate drains and water drain pipes with a diameter of 40 mm.

CONNECTIONS

All fasteners, screws and nuts are made of stainless steel.

MOST POPULAR INSTALLATION TYPES

• On screw piles or column-shaped concrete foundations
• On strip-shaped concrete foundations
• On GeoCeramica tiles, paving stones, stone slabs or other hard covering
• On terrace covering (wooden or WPC boards)

The choice of installation of a glass greenhouse depends on the purpose of its use. If the greenhouse is planned as a recreation room, then a terrace or paving slab covering will be more suitable. On the other hand, if the greenhouse is planned to be equipped with flower beds, then installation on screw piles or a strip-shaped concrete foundation will be more suitable.

Various individual and customized solutions are possible – with paths of different coverings between the high flower beds, paving slabs along the perimeter of the greenhouse, a submerged terrace board floor covering and others. LOCATION FOR A GREENHOUSE

The location for installing a glass greenhouse should be as flat as possible, without significant level differences, and freely accessible from all sides, at least 1m from the side walls of the greenhouse.

The coordinated installation of the greenhouse in accordance with the legislation is the responsibility of each owner. Check with your local government for coordination procedures.

ASSEMBLY TIME

When ordering a greenhouse, we reserve our time for assembly so that the greenhouse is installed as quickly as possible.

For small and medium-sized greenhouses, the assembly time is usually 1 – 3 working days.

For larger greenhouses, the assembly time is on average 3 – 5 working days on a pre-prepared basis.

ASSEMBLY PRICE

For standard models, a fixed assembly price for the basic structure is indicated in the product description for each greenhouse. It does not include delivery and transport costs, installation of additional equipment, foundation construction, raised bed installation, garden soil a.o. services. These costs are calculated separately.

For custom models, the assembly price is 20% of the final package amount. In addition, transportation and material costs for foundation construction, raised bed installation, garden soil, etc. are calculated.

When preparing an individual price offer, all assembly costs are precisely indicated.

ASSEMBLY DIY

If you have free time, are a techie and have a techie friend, you can assemble your greenhouse yourself.

We recommend that you leave the assembly of personalized models, larger greenhouses and T-shaped models to professionals.

For personalized greenhouse models, the production and delivery time is usually 8 – 12 weeks.

The approximate production time is indicated for each greenhouse model, but may vary depending on seasonality and order quantity. This is specified before placing the order.

DELIVERY BELGIUM – RIGA

• Delivery costs are included in the listed greenhouse prices.
• For greenhouses over 6m long, the delivery price is calculated individually.

DELIVERY RIGA – LOCATION IN LATVIA

Delivery from the warehouse in Riga to the customer’s garden (facility) is organized in cooperation with a local transport service provider.

• The price is calculated at an hourly rate of 60 euro/h + VAT (time spent on the road + ~1 hour of loading and unloading work).
• For larger greenhouses with a length of over 6m or non-standard glass pallets, the delivery fee is calculated individually.

When preparing an individual price offer, all delivery costs are precisely indicated.

Payment is made based on invoices and delivery notes for both individuals and companies:

1. 10% advance payment when placing an order.
2. 50% second advance payment 1 month before the greenhouse production deadline.
3. 40% remaining payment before removing the greenhouse from the factory.
4. Payment for delivery and assembly – after the work is completed.

When making a 100% advance payment, a 3% manufacturer’s discount is applied.
