HELIOS GREENHOUSE WITH ENGLISH STYLE GLASSES
For our client in Zvejniekciem, we have installed an orangery of the Belgian manufacturer Janssens HELIOS line 3.84m x 8.26m with English or Victorian style narrow glass. The width of one glass section is 37cm (standard width 74cm) and this gives the orangery both Victorian style charm and more stronger frame, as the number of side wall profiles is doubled. This orangery is designed for the cultivation of greenhouse crops in the raised beds, which the owner himself has made of rusted metal. Inside, two partitions have been built, which will be equipped with a work surface and tool shelves. Two infrared wall lamps have been installed in the greenhouse so that cultivation can start early in spring and continue late in autumn. For watering, two rainwater barrels are attached to the greenhouse drains, from which water is supplied to the plants by two solar irrigation systems. Also, the greenhouse is equipped with a shading system, eight automatic skylights and four Louvre wall windows, double sliding doors with a low threshold.
